Applying for CLE credits Thank you for joining us for today's audio conference Hidden Tax Traps in Case Settlements: Protect Yourself & Your Client. We hope you found the audio conference to be useful and informative. CLE credits are still available. Click the button to the right to download your evaluation and CLE attendance form. In order to receive credits, each participant must confirm participation by completing and submitting an evaluation and a "Record of Attendance" form - both of which can be found in your materials packet - or by clicking the button above. Please fax back your evaluations and a "Record of Attendance" form to 215-689-3435. Upon verification of your attendance, we will issue you the CLE credits in the appropriate format for your particular state. Please note that each of the 50 states has a specific set of rules governing their particular jurisdiction. We will inform participants of any additional requirements. States currently not accrediting for audio conferences: KS, OH. There is a charge of $65 per person requesting CLE credit.
