Catherine A. Conway focuses on complex class actions, with an emphasis on wage and hour litigation. Ms. Conway has extensive experience in state and federal litigation, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, unfair competition, protection of employer trade secrets and unfair business practice litigation under the California Business and Professional Code Section 17200. She has appeared before state and federal regulatory bodies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the California Labor Commissioner's Office.
Ms. Conway has represented a large variety of employers, including national retail companies, Internet companies, manufacturers, banks, investment banking and financial services firms, national restaurant chains, oil companies and law firms.
Ms. Conway received her B.A. from Purdue University in 1975 and her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law in 1978. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California and the District of Indiana. She is a member of the Indiana and California Bars.
In 2005 Ms. Conway was named in a survey of her peers as a Southern California "Super Lawyer."
