Candyce D. Cavanagh is a founding member and principal in the law firm of Orten Cavanagh Richmond & Holmes, LLC in Denver, Colorado. She has over 23 years experience specializing in representing common interest communities.
- In addition to representing community associations, Candyce's background includes assisting developers in setting up new community associations. Candyce counsels clients on a wide range of transactional matters including assisting Boards and managers with interpreting existing governing documents and preparing amendments or redrafting those documents.
- Candyce is one of just over 100 attorneys in the United States to be inducted into the College of Community Association Lawyers. She was elected in 2008 to serve on the State Bar of Colorado's Real Estate Council and serves on the Inter- professional Committee as a Bar Association representative and is the Committee's Chairperson.
