Christopher J. Murphy is a Partner in Saul Ewing's Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits Practice Group in its Philadelphia office.
- Mr. Murphy has extensive experience in many areas of employment law, including the defense of employment discrimination and wrongful discharge claims, drafting employment contracts and separation agreements, disputes concerning restrictive covenants and trade secret issues, drafting employee handbooks and personnel policies, unemployment and workers' compensation claims, and counseling employers on issues affecting the employment relationship.
