Kenneth A. Sprang is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Perry, Krumsiek & Jack. He also serves as general counsel to several small companies.
- Over the course of his career, in addition to private law practice, Mr. Sprang has founded legal departments and served as general counsel for several start-up companies, as well as working in the legal departments of Calgon Corporation (a former subsidiary of Merck), and Cyclops Corporation.
