Tom Hall Esq. specializes in sophisticated corporate transactions, with special emphasis on intellectual property matters such as nondisclosure agreements, joint development agreements, portfolio transfers, licensing and cross licensing of IP assets, research agreements and custom development agreements.
- Tom is co-author of books on application service provider agreements and patent licenses. A third book, on joint development agreements, will be released in the Fall of 2009.
- Mr. Hall's career has been divided almost equally between in-house and outside counsel positions. He is currently in solo practice in southeastern Wisconsin, having left the Nashville office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in May, 2009 where he was of counsel to the firm's technology law group.
