Jerry J. Burgdoerfer is a partner in Jenner & Block's Chicago office, a member of its Corporate Department, and Co-Chair of its Securities Practice. Mr. Burgdoerfer also is Chair of the Firm's Auditor Letter Review Committee, and has served on the Firm's Management Committee.
- His experience includes complex mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, registered spin-offs, dispositions, securities offerings and restructurings, some in excess of $25 billion, and general corporate and business counseling.
- In addition to his domestic experience, Mr. Burgdoerfer worked in Tokyo for two years on international transactions with Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, one of the largest law firms in Japan.
Andrew Katsoudas is a Director in the Global Human Resource Services consulting practice of PwC. He specializes in domestic and international executive compensation planning, design and implementation.
- Mr. Katsoudas' work includes extensive experience in the areas of global equity plan design, and implementation; global equity compliance; employment contracts; executive compensation disclosure; stock-based long-term incentives and change in control and severance.
- Mr. Katsoudas received a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago.
