Kenneth A. Sprang is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Perry, Krumsiek & Jack. He also serves as general counsel to several small companies.
- Over the course of his career, in addition to private law practice, Mr. Sprang has founded legal departments and served as general counsel for several start-up companies, as well as working in the legal departments of Calgon Corporation (a former subsidiary of Merck), and Cyclops Corporation

Mr. Sprang provides general counsel to small to mid-sized companies in such areas as corporate governance; reviewing, drafting and negotiating myriad agreements; mergers and acquisitions; environmental law; real estate transactions; federal, state, and local regulatory compliance; and risk management.
- Mr. Sprang also brings to his clients special expertise in labor and employment law. In addition to representing clients in all aspects of U.S. labor and employment law, he has served on the senior staff of the Chairman of the National Labor Relations Board and taught the subject for many years.
