Kenneth A. Sprang practices in Washington, D.C. where he is Of Counsel to
General Counsel, PC, a full service corporate practice, and General Counsel,
Secretary, and Vice President of Human Resources for Seamless NWS, Inc., an
international software development company.
- Over the course of his career, in addition to private law practice, Mr.
Sprang has founded legal departments and served as general counsel for
several start-up companies, as well as working in the legal departments of
Calgon Corporation (a former subsidiary of Merck), and Cyclops
Corporation
- Mr. Sprang provides general counsel to small to mid-sized companies in such
areas as corporate governance; reviewing, drafting and negotiating myriad
agreements; mergers and acquisitions; environmental law; real estate
transactions; federal, state, and local regulatory compliance; and risk
management.
- Mr. Sprang also brings to his clients special expertise in labor and
employment law. In addition to representing clients in all aspects of U.S.
