Mary Jane Augustine is a partner with the law firm of McCarter & English and leads the firm's 13-attorney Construction team. She is also a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP) and speaks and writes frequently on Green Building topics. She has provided legal representation for more than 30 years to various participants in the construction industry, including owners, developers, contractors, construction managers and design professionals.
