      Jeffrey Winick is a member of Stein, Ray & Harris LLP where his practice is concentrated in construction law matters, including design defect-related actions, construction-related personal injury and construction-related breach of contract matters.

      Patrick O'Connor, Jr. is a construction litigation partner in the Minneapolis Office of Faegre & Benson, LLP.
