Richman is a Partner at Duane Morris LLP where he practices in the areas of commercial and international law and litigation, including real estate, corporate/shareholder disputes, contracts, construction litigation, energy law, art law, arbitration, secured transactions, intellectual property, bankruptcy and antitrust.
- Mr. Richman is secretary of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation and former chair of the International Law Section, Antitrust Committee, and New Jersey Lawyer Magazine Editorial Board. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey State Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Richman is a member of the editorial board of The New Jersey Lawyer newspaper.
