Kenneth A. Sprang is a partner with Cicero, Mehta & Sprang, a Washington, DC firm serving businesses throughout the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Sprang counsels and represents clients regarding a wide range of corporate, business and transactional matters. Over the course of his 30-year career, Mr. Sprang has practiced with both large and small firms, as well as serving as in house counsel for Fortune 500 companies and as general counsel to smaller companies. He currently serves as general counsel to HR 360, Inc. Mr. Sprang is an also an Adjunct Professor at the Catholic University Columbus School of Law in Washington.
- Mr. Sprang also brings to his clients specialized expertise in labor and employment law.
