      Kevin B. Dreher is an attorney in the Litigation Practice of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Mr. Dreher's practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on financial services and insurance coverage litigation.

      • His insurance coverage counseling and litigation experience covers a wide range of insurance disputes, including those involving first-party property, business interruption and contingent business interruption, directors and officers, professional liability, public officials liability, products liability, and environmental and asbestos liability.
      • In addition to his experience in insurance coverage litigation, Mr. Dreher has significant experience representing and counseling Fortune 500 companies in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including disputes and litigation in the financial services arena, general commercial business disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and other business tort matters.
      • Mr. Dreher has written a number of articles and publications on insurance coverage and other topics. He is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education courses on various insurance coverage issues and has taught courses at the University of Illinois in the areas of trial advocacy and public speaking.
