Robert Friedman is a partner in the Business Trial and White Collar practice groups at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton in New York; he is also head of the New York office's Business Trials practice group.
- Mr. Friedman is a former prosecutor with particular experience in securities litigation, internal investigations, corporate trust and real estate litigation, director and officer liability, bankruptcy litigation, restrictive covenants and intellectual property.
