Jo-Ellyn Sakowitz Klein leads the Privacy and Data Protection group at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, in Washington, DC, where she is Senior Counsel in the Health Industry Practice group. She devotes a substantial portion of her practice to assisting clients with issues arising under state and federal privacy laws, and related matters.
