Chris K. Ridder is a Partner at the San Francisco, CA law firm Ridder, Costa & Johnstone LLP, and a Non-residential Fellow at Stanford Law School's Center for Internet & Society.
- He specializes in the law of traditional and new media, intellectual property and the Internet.
- Chris has written and spoken on a number of topics, including copyright licensing, Internet content regulation, fair use, user-generated content, and computer security.
- Chris graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2001, clerked for U.S. District Judge Mariana R. Pfaelzer, and served as an associate attorney at Fish & Richardson, P.C. and Simpson Thacher and Bartlett LLP. He was a Residential Fellow, and is currently a non-residential Fellow, at Stanford Law School's Center for Internet & Society.
