Charles Proctor is a Principal in the Law Offices of Proctor Lindsay
& Dixon, LLC and has comprehensive experience in all phases of real
estate matters including residential, commercial, leasing, title
insurance and related matters including Board Certification in
title insurance, expert witness in the Court of Common Pleas, and
instructor licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance.
- Mr. Proctor is the President of the National Association of Independent Land Title Agents and an adjunct professor at Widener University School of Law Legal Education Institute as well as the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute.
- Mr. Proctor established the criteria for Certificate of Specialization in real estate awarded by Widener University Legal Education Institute and created the curriculum for the only known advanced real estate concentration in American law schools to include title search and examination for Widener University Legal Education Institute.
