Andrew J. Hollander is of counsel in the K&L Gates LLP intellectual property practice group where his broad practice includes counseling, trademark and patent procurement, and litigation.
- He is experienced in representing clients on all IP issues including patents (he is a registered patent attorney), trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, the Internet, computer hardware and software, licensing, and brand management. Mr. Hollander also advises on IP due diligence, portfolio management strategies, and mergers and acquisition transactions. His diverse industry experience includes computer software and hardware issues, e-commerce, travel, health and personal care, specialty chemicals and financial institutions
- Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Hollander was Vice President of Intellectual Property for a $4 billion dollar global company where he was responsible for portfolio management, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, Internet issues including cybersquatting, and advertising law.
