In order to receive credits, each participant must confirm participation by completing and submitting an evaluation and a "Record of Attendance" form - both of which can be found in your materials packet - or by clicking the button above.

Please fax back your evaluations and a "Record of Attendance" form to 215-689-3435. Upon verification of your attendance, we will issue you the CLE credits in the appropriate format for your particular state.

Please note that each of the 50 states has a specific set of rules governing their particular jurisdiction. We will inform participants of any additional requirements. States currently not accrediting for audio conferences: KS, OH. There is a charge of $65 per person requesting CLE credit.
