Robert L. Eisenbach III is a partner in the Cooley Godward Kronish Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice group. He joined the Firm in 1986 and is partner in charge of the San Francisco office.
- He has represented clients in a wide variety of bankruptcy-related litigation, director and officer liability litigation, complex commercial litigation and intellectual property cases.
